Thank you, we will endeavour to get your new purchase to you within 7-10 working days for standard delivery in Australia and 21 working days for items that are not in stock. (You will be informed of this by email)

Sadly some items do run out of stock and we will do our best to make them up for you within a reasonable time.

Please see terms/conditions for procedure of non stock items as international may take even longer.

Please ensure there is an address where someone can receive your goods otherwise postal procedures for pick up will apply. PO BOX's WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

NB# international customers please note that prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices quoted do not include duty or other import tax's that you may be charged on receiving goods internationally.

While we take all care to ensure that the correct goods are delivered carefully and on time, in sealed packaging: Unfortunatly MOIRE cannot be held responsible for goods once they have left our premises. Lost stolen or damaged goods are not insured by carriers so delivery is at consumers risk. All freight tracking is the responsibility of the freight or postal company, to which we can provide a tracking number or receipt for you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

While information is correct at the time of production of this site, Moire has the right to change products, colors and pricing at anytime. For information regarding accurate pricing and updates you can phone our store direct.

Due to fabric shortages and/or production problems beyond our control we cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock and take no responsibility for loses caused by late or unavailable stock. Our stock is produced on request. There may be a 3 week turn around period for production of non-stock items to which you will be notified by email (may be longer period for international customers). In which case you will be notified of this. If we still cannot provide you with your requested purchase after this period you may be offered a substitute product credit option or full refund to your credit card. We apologise for any delay and inconvenience this may cause. Due to the unique dye process of moire garments it may mean that you will get variation in color and consistancy, which is a feature of the garment and not a flaw.

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE

You may exchange goods in our store within 7 days or by post within 14 days of purchase (21 days for international customers) *you may only exchange if you have a return PAID envelope with a receipt and tags attached to your garment THERE ARE NO REFUNDS unless goods are faulty or cannot be supplied.

Please follow these specifications as we are unable to exchange without them.

Faulty goods should be reported immediately from receipt of purchase in which case we can arrange a credit/replacement or a refund.

Moire garments carry strict washing instructions due to our unique dye process. please follow these instructions carefully as we do not take responsibility for incorrect washing.

While we take all reasonable steps to protect personal information and try to ensure it is accurate and up to date; unfortunatly no data transmissions over the internet can be 100% secure. While we endevour to protect your personal information from misuse loss and unauthorised access we cannot gaurantee the security of any infomation you give us or receive from or site or products.
